Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using OffCardoo, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What OffCardoo Does

OffCardoo recommends which credit or debit card to use for a given purchase, based on card benefit data you and our database provide. We do not process payments on your behalf, do not access your bank accounts, and card benefit information may change without notice at the issuing bank's discretion — OffCardoo is not liable for offer terms changing or expiring without our knowledge.

3. Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

• Pro and Premium plans are billed monthly or yearly as selected at checkout, in INR, via Razorpay.
• Plans auto-[renew / do not auto-renew — CONFIRM which] at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled.
• Downgrading or plan expiry may result in your card count or friend connections exceeding your new plan's limit; excess items become read-only/inaccessible until you either upgrade again or remove items to fit the new limit.

5. Friends & Family Sharing

When you connect with another user, you may choose to share visibility of your added cards' offers with them. You can revoke this at any time. OffCardoo is not responsible for how a connected user chooses to act on shared offer information.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not use OffCardoo to submit false card information, attempt to access other users' accounts without authorization, or misuse the Friends & Family feature to harvest offer data at scale.

7. Limitation of Liability

OffCardoo provides recommendations on a best-effort basis.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from account settings.
